Dr. Gerardo (Gery) Rodriguez-Menendez is Founder and Co-President of Love your Work and Life (formerly the RA Pinnacle Group), where he assists businesses and organizations in areas of strategic planning, leadership training, executive coaching, and employee development. Gery is a licensed psychologist in Florida, a Board-Certified Psychologist with the American Board of Professional Psychology, and the President of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. His career spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities in education, administration, research, and consulting. His specialties are in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and psychopharmacology.

Gery loves bringing the latest neuroscience developments into his coaching and leadership consulting work. He currently serves as the Chair and Distinguished Professor of the Clinical Psychopharmacology Department at The Chicago School. He also serves as a Board Member of the Heroes of Tomorrow Foundation.
