Dr. Albizu is the Founder and Co-President of Love Your Work and Life (formerly the RA Pinnacle Group) – a consulting company providing personal and leadership development education and training to businesses, corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals. She held leadership positions in the field of higher education for over 20 years, provided mental health and coaching services through her private practice, delivered Executive and Life Coaching services to business leaders and individuals, and served as Chief Executive Officer in the non-profit sector. Teresa espouses that integrating leadership practices and positive psychology can make a profound difference in one’s personal happiness, family satisfaction and enjoyment, and work success, and that individuals should not have to sacrifice one for the other.

Teresa holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership, an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a B.S. in Psychology. She is a Fellow of the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) and holds leadership program certificates from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Teresa has made numerous presentations at local and national conferences, such as the American Psychological Association, National Latino/a Psychological Association, Council on Education, and other professional and business organizations. She maintains adjunct faculty status with The Chicago School and serves on the Board of the Heroes of Tomorrow Foundation.
