Leadership
Starts wIth You
You are the leader of your own life. To achieve and enjoy success and relate well with others, you must take care of your own personal wellness and learn how to facilitate the personal and professional well-being of your family and team members.
The integration of personal wellness with leadership practices and positive psychology skills is at the center of well-being and happiness. In their absence, we are unable to strive to become the best versions of ourselves. Essentially, becoming the best version of yourself serves as the foundation to your ability to help others become the best versions of themselves. This applies to family, team members and organizational success.
One person, multiple roles
We have dedicated our lives to helping others thrive. We have served as educators, mental health specialists, relationship coaches, non-profit sector executives, and leadership and organizational development consultants.
Throughout these work experiences, we identified the importance that personal wellness, leadership practices and positive psychology play in people's ability to manage the natural imbalances of life, such as stress, challenges with positive communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management across personal and professional settings.
The challenge is that we tend to separate these life areas, not realizing that they are interconnected, impacting each other in meaningful ways.

Examine this concept from your own experience
Are you feeling happy with your career? After all, you’ve worked hard, achieved a variety of accomplishments along the way, yet, is there a void that is impacting your overall sense of happiness?
How about your family life? Are you finding it difficult, even exhausting at times, trying to figure out how to experience better relationships at home, enjoy positive and rewarding communication with those whom you love, and hoping that home-life could be more uplifting, relaxing, and truly enjoyable?
Are you personally feeling like you are letting yourself down, finding it hard to connect with family the way you wish to? Are you feeling like you are not leading at work as you would have hoped to, making you feel de-motivated, confused, and even stressed?
Having trouble finding your “WHY”?
